May Council Meeting Summary and Meeting Notes

Here is a short summary of the meeting:

• David Engelbrecht joined the Council to discuss further his proposal on forming a social outreach group, and it was approved by Council, to start in the Fall.
• The Council discussed potential topics for a Council Retreat to be scheduled in July or August.
• A discussion was had about Council attendance at community events and programs. An agreement was made to have a ROTA-like sign-up for Council members to attend such events and represent the Council.
