December Council Retreat Summary and Meeting Notes

Here is a short summary of the meeting:

• The Council discussed our views on authority within the Shambhala model of Governance, as a ground to bridge some discussions and disagreements around the authority of Council roles within the Center.
• The Council reviewed and approved the 2016 Calendar.
• The Council reviewed the 2016 Budget.
