Shambhala Guides can be likened to emissaries from Shambhala. They help convey its basic practices, path, culture, social vision, forms, lineage, and how these are relevant in our everyday lives.
Shambhala Guides are trained to give initial meditation instruction, as well as be a resource, friend, and host to newcomers within the context of a Shambhala Center. Guides offer information on our Shambhala and Buddhist lineages, programs, practice paths, shrines, Shambhala forms, chants, ceremonies, events and so on.
If you are interested in meeting with a Shambhala Guide, please contact our Meditation Instructor and Guide Coordinator.
