We trust our nature enough to let go into the present moment. Stephen Seely became a student of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche in 1975 and has taught Shambhala Training for 30 years. For five years, he served as the Shambhala Training Resident Director in Vancouver, BC. Stephen completed the traditional Tibetan Buddhist three-year retreat in 1996. He is currently a faculty member of Nitartha Institute, a traditional Buddhist school for higher Buddhist studies founded by the Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche.
