 Shambhala Kids Clubwith Amanda Hendricks Sun September 16th: 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM In Room(s): Vajrayana Shrine Room This date is CANCELLEDChildren between the ages of 5 and 12 are invited! Every third Sunday of the month from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. Free! (Donations for supplies are gratefully accepted) This program supports families whose parents want to practice meditation at our Sunday Community Practice. . Families can drop in anytime between 9:30 and 11am and stay for as long or as little as they wish. Individual meditation instruction is available to parents during this time. Parents should let the Community Practice Host know they would like to receive instruction. Contact Kristen Mullen, Family Council Chair, for more information. |
