Community Practice Overview
Everyone is welcome to attend our regular community meditation times, now offered online via Zoom. Please note that occasionally, because of holidays or conflicts with another programs, there may be a change in the regular schedule — so it’s always good to check the calendar before you come.
We offer initial meditation instruction and follow-up instruction free of charge over Zoom. Please contact David at [email protected] to schedule a time.
You are very welcome to come sit with whatever instruction you have received, or come to a community practice session to receive instruction in the Shambhala method of shamatha, calm-abiding meditation. If you have any questions, please email [email protected], or call (503) 278-5816.
