Now Welcoming Applications for Communications Coordinator!

We are currently welcoming applications from our Members for the role of Communications Coordinator for the Portland Shambhala community!

How did you hear about your first program at the Center, the next training you wanted to take, or that wonderful potluck celebration?

The Communications Coordinator role is a key volunteer position for someone with great communications skills who would like hands-on experience in the realm of communications, publicity, marketing, and possibly graphic design.  This role is so essential for our ability to get the word out about all the many ways people can get involved, continue with their path of study and practice, and join any of our groups and community celebrations.

Volunteering is a way to give back to the entire community, to lean into the path of service as practice, to learn about leadership in Shambhala—all while supporting the vision of an uplifted and kind society.
