Portland Shambhala Updated COVID Policy

In accordance with the guidelines issued by the Oregon Health Authority and the federal Centers for Disease Control, we have updated our Covid Policy for in-person events at Portland Shambhala:

While up-to-date COVID vaccination is recommended to reduce the risk of serious disease, vaccination or masking is no longer mandatory for attendance at our in-person programs.

Please stay home if you have symptoms of a respiratory infection. Consider wearing a well-fitted N95 or KN95 mask if you are immunosuppressed or live with someone who is immunosuppressed, unvaccinated, or otherwise more vulnerable to COVID.
