We welcome everyone to join our community in whatever way feels best!

We are a diverse group and include the span from enthusiastic newcomers who are just discovering meditation to members who’ve been studying and practicing for decades.  We host programs, affinity groups and community celebrations throughout the year.

As our leader Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche encourages us to do, we regularly meditate, talk and eat together!
