Drala Meditation Hike: Steigerwald National Wildlife Refuge

Saturday, June 8th, 2024

10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Join us for a Drala Hike where we will quiet the mind in order to open ourselves to the wisdom of nature and the Drala energies of the Pacific Northwest.  We hike in noble silence while contemplatively attuning and engaging the senses in the phenomenal world around us.

Here's a slow and flat hike to enjoy! The Steigerwald Lake National Wildlife Refuge is a 1,049-acre riverine flood plain habitat, semi-permanent wetland on the Columbia River, 10 miles east of Vancouver, Washington, with cottonwood-dominated riparian corridors, pastures, and remnant stands of Oregon white oak. We will be combining hiking with meditation and observing noble silence.
