Sunday Community Practice

Our Sunday morning online Community Practice from 9-10am is open for members, friends and anyone interested in mindfulness. Practice will start with morning chants followed by silent meditation. Participants are welcome to join and leave the practice whenever their schedules permit. This practice is open to everyone – no previous meditation experience is necessary. Join us for this opportunity to slow down, sit down and relax.

Meditation instruction and follow up is FREE and open to all over Zoom. Email David, our MI Coordinator, at [email protected] to set up a session!
