Weekday Morning Meditation

Weekday Morning Meditation provides an opportunity to begin the new day with practice. Join our community practice over Zoom on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 8-9am, followed by 30 minutes-ish of contemplative discussion. Practice starts with morning chants followed by silent meditation. Participants are welcome to join and leave the practice whenever their schedules permit.

This practice is open to everyone.
