Weekday Morning Meditation

Weekday Morning Meditation provides an opportunity to begin the new day with practice. Join our community practice over Zoom on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 9-10am. Practice starts with morning chants followed by silent meditation. Participants are welcome to join and leave the practice whenever their schedules permit. This practice is open to everyone.
