Weekday Morning Meditation

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 8 – 9 AM

Weekday Morning Meditation provides an opportunity to begin the new day with practice. You are welcome to come for whatever part of this practice you can. Learn more »

 

Sunday Community Meditation

Sundays, 9 – 10 AM

Sunday Community Practice Online is open for members, friends and anyone interested in mindfulness – no previous meditation experience necessary. Join us via Zoom! Learn more »

 

Tuesday Evening Meditation

2nd, 4th & Last Tuesdays, 7 – 8 PM

All are welcome for open meditation practice with the Shambhala community on Zoom, followed by discussion Q&A for anyone interested in talking about their practice. Learn more »

1st & 3rd Tuesdays, 7 – 8:30 PM
