We’re here to support your meditation journey! Starting and maintaining a meditation practice is difficult to accomplish on your own. Join us for group meditation practice and access to our experienced meditation instructors.
Group Meditation Practice Opportunities
We hold regular introductory events and open houses where we offer meditation instruction, as well as periods of sitting and walking meditation. Many gatherings also include short talks, discussion groups, and time to socialize with other meditators.
Join a “Learn Basic Meditation Technique” workshop
We hold monthly Saturday morning workshops. Get practical, individiualized instruction about breathing, posture, and working with your thoughts from seasoned teachers. Try it out and ask questions about your experience. Deal with the noise/storyline in your head!
Connect with a Meditation Instructor
