Drala Meditation Hike: Washington Park Hoyt Arboretum

    Join us for a Drala Hike in beautiful Washington Park.
    Hoyt Arboretum offers a unique collection of trees and plants from around the world,
    a peaceful urban oasis, just minutes from downtown Portland. There are many trails
    covering 12 miles. We will make a 2 mile loop and take stops for meditation time.

    What to Bring: Appropriate footwear, water, a hat, sunscreen, rain gear and a kneeling pad or something else to sit on for occasional stops for sitting meditation.
