    Sunday Community Practice

    Community Practice is open for members, friends and anyone interested in mindfulness.  Community practice is drop-in and open to the public.  A timekeeper will host silent meditation interspersed with walking meditation.  A short Dharma reading followed by a brief guided compassion practice may be included. No previous meditation experience is necessary.  A meditation instructor will be available at the beginning of the practice period. Refreshments, tea and conversation follow the practice session.
