Drala Meditation Hike: Hoyt Arboretum

    Join us for an evening Drala Hike around the Hoyt Arboretum, a forest within Washington Park.  Exploring miles of hills representing tree life from all over the world, we will combine hiking with meditation and observe noble silence.

    Hiking Difficulty (easy):
    Distance: 2-4 mile loop
    Elevation gain: range

    What to Bring:
    Water, rain gear, and a kneeling pad or something else to sit on for occasional stops for sitting meditation.

    Meeting Time: 5:30 pm
    Meeting Location: 4000 SW Fairview Blvd, Portland (in front of the Visitor’s Center)
    Hike leader: Liz Howell

    Due to Covid-19, registration is required for all hikes. You will be asked to list an emergency contact name and number and checkmark that you consent to this release form (releasing Shambhala from liability).
