Meditation Classes

We offer several programs that are great for beginning meditators.

Learn to Meditate is a half-day meditation workshop based on instruction from Sakyong Mipham’s book: Turning the Mind into an Ally.

Meditation in Everyday Life is a wonderful class for those wanting to develop a regular meditation practice at home. It is full of teachings on common obstacles that come up and antidotes for surpassing those obstacles. It is also based on Sakyong Mipham’s book: Turning the Mind into an Ally.

Both of these classes are open to everyone with no experience required.
