Step 1: Just show up and try it!
We have many open meditation times on Zoom and newcomers are welcome – just drop in! Plus, it’s free!
- Weekday Morning Meditation, MWF 8 – 9 am
- Sunday Community Meditation, 9 – 10 am
- Check out our hybrid Tuesday Evening Meditation every Tuesday from 7 – 8:30 pm. Join online or in-person.

There’s a ton of amazing writers in Shambhala, here are two places to start:

- Shambhala: The Sacred Path of the Warrior – Written by Shambhala’s founder, Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche (from your local library or used book source)

Step 3: Sign up for an orientation workshop
Our two-hour monthly online Learn Basic Meditation Technique workshop is taught by meditators at our center with decades of experience. They’ll orient you to meditation basics and support you while you try it out during the class. A few months later, you’ll be invited for a free follow up session.
