Thursday Afternoon Meditation

Midday meditation will be taking a break for the summer, beginning in June.  Join us again in the Fall for meditation, movement, soup and conversation!

 

We begin at 11:30 am with meditation and guided mindful movement.  Then we transition to soup and conversation.  Although no meditation instruction is provided, everyone is welcome. These afternoon sits are an opportunity to engage in mindful self-care with the community.

For those meditating for the first time, meditation instruction is provided on Tuesday nights at 7:00 pm.
