Public Meditation Practice Sessions
Our public meditation sessions are free and open to the public. Registration is not required. You are welcome to come 15-20 minutes before the session starts in order to get situated.
Free meditation instruction is offered every 1st Sunday of the month at 9:30am and every Tuesday evening at 7pm.
Our weekday morning sitting sessions and Thursday afternoon sessions are just sitting with no initial meditation instruction required.
You are very welcome to come sit with whatever instruction you have received, or come to an open house to receive instruction in the Shambhala method of shamatha, calm-abiding meditation.
Please note that occasionally, because of holidays or conflicts with another programs, there may be a change in the regular schedule — so it’s always good to check the calendar before you come.
