June Council Meeting Summary and Meeting Notes

Here is a short summary of the meeting:

• The Council discussed a regional gathering of Pacific Northwest Directors that our Center Director, Lisa Stanley, attended, which included discussion of some potential upcoming collaboration.
• A update was provided on a study of the annual process of scheduling events at our center, where a team led by our Communications Director, John David Smith, is interviewing several other centers to get an idea of how they engage in this process.
• The Council discussed ways of following up on efforts to continue to work with communication as a practice, and ways that could be instilled into the forms of Council.
