Nice and dry on a dark and stormy Halloween

About 25 people gathered at the Portland Shambhala Center to  stay dry at our Halloween hang out on Saturday October 31 — during one of the hardest rainstorms so far this season.

Costumes and food — what a combo!  Michele Caulkins did the food:
