December Council Retreat Summary and Meeting Notes

Here is a short summary of the meeting:

• The Council discussed a reading from Thich Nhat Hanh to further communication and team building work.
• The Council made decisions regarding a process to solicit feedback for the Director that has since been sent out.
• The Council discussed the 2015 Budget in detail and made several decisions regarding it.
• The Council engaged in some strategic planning, coming up with some goals that we will be bringing into our upcoming Town Hall with the Members.
