    Weekday Morning Meditation online! Start the new day with community practice over Zoom on Mondays and Fridays, from 8-9am, followed by 30 minutes-ish of contemplative discussion. Practice will start with morning chants followed by silent meditation. Participants are welcome to join and leave the practice whenever their schedules permit.

    This practice is open to everyone.
